The resort is very peaceful, in a beautiful green garden filled with orchids and other tropical flowers and plants.
Pearl Beach (also named Hat Kai Mook) is at 5 minutes walk from the resort but if you prefer the soft sand of White Sand beach it will take about 2 minutes to drive there by taxi or scooter that you can, of course, rent at the resort.
Nearby the resort, at 2 to 5 minutes walk there are few restaurants, pubs, the big Tesco Lotus and the Big C supermarkets.
There are 12 rooms in the resort which are divided into several Thai-style bungalows or houses.
The stilt houses are original, with one or 2 bedrooms, built off the ground for extra privacy and with a nice view of the garden.
If you travel with your family or friends, they have 2 interconnecting-rooms with a private bathroom and a family room with a 40 m2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Or maybe you will prefer the Octagon-shape house which promotes good luck and long life in the Thai beliefs. With 1 or 2 beds, you will find what you need.
In each room, there is an LCD TV with cable channels, individual air conditioning, a fridge, a safety box, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower with hot water. And for more relaxation, all bungalows have their own and private terrace or balcony with outside furniture and on some of them a hammock.
There is a shared lounge in the garden with a big-screen TV as well as a bar where you can order coffee, tea, beer and other refreshments.
Macura Resort is serving only the breakfasts which are not included in the room rates. For lunch and dinner, you will need to go outside. But don't worry, Ban Hea which is the closest restaurant is just 50 meters from the resort.
The friendly staff is always there to help you and to make your holidays peaceful. They can advise you and help you to book different trips or attractions.
