Happy Dogs Koh Chang has been founded in 2012 by Tina, a German woman who has lived in Thailand for years and who loves animals. Tina is devoting her life to the help and rescue of stray dogs and cats on Koh Chang.
Her main goal is to spay and neuter stray dogs and cats to control the population in an ethical and humane way. Relying entirely on donations, she needs help and support from animal lovers such as us.
With the donations that she collects she builds safe shelters, employs a vet, pays for surgeries and medicines, buys food and supply the first aids for the sick and injured ones.
All kind of donations are welcomes, money but also food, treatments, fostering, sponsoring, adoptions and so on. When you will visit Koh Chang she will be very pleased if you would bring her some of the supplies she needs almost daily.
Happy Dogs Koh Chang's major priority is to keep the population of stray animals on the island down with the realisation of spaying and neutering programs.
Every day and all year long, Tina with sometimes the help from some volunteers travels all around the island to feed and to rescue the abandoned and stray animals.
